1. About Printing Legend

Printing Legend (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides custom printing products and related services through our website and customer support channels. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and account holders.

2. Website use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only, including browsing products, requesting quotes, placing orders, uploading artwork, and managing your account. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

We may update product offerings, pricing, turnaround estimates, and site features at any time. Content on the website is for general information and ordering purposes and may change without notice.

3. Quotes and orders

Quotes, estimates, and displayed prices are based on the product options, quantities, and details available at the time of the request. A quote is not a binding contract until we accept your order and payment is successfully processed (or other payment arrangements we confirm in writing).

When you place an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order if we identify pricing errors, suspected fraud, incomplete artwork, shipping restrictions, or other issues.

4. Customer-supplied artwork and files

You are responsible for the content, quality, legality, and accuracy of artwork, designs, logos, text, and other files you supply. By uploading or sending files, you represent that you own or have all rights and licenses needed for us to print and fulfill your order.

We may provide proofs or artwork review for quality and print readiness. Approving a proof (or proceeding without requesting one where available) confirms that you accept the design for production as shown. We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied content that appear after you approve a proof or otherwise authorize production, including spelling, colors as displayed on screens, low-resolution files, or missing bleed.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited. We may decline to print materials we reasonably believe violate law or these Terms.

5. Payment

Payment is due as indicated at checkout or in your quote confirmation unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices may include product costs, selected upgrades, shipping options beyond included standard shipping where applicable, taxes, and other fees shown before you confirm payment.

Payments are processed through our payment providers. You authorize us and those providers to charge your selected method for the full amount of your order. Orders are typically released to production after successful payment and any required artwork approval.

6. Production

Production timelines begin after we receive complete order details, successful payment, and approved artwork (when a proof is required or requested). Turnaround estimates are approximate and may vary based on product type, quantity, file issues, holidays, or force majeure events.

Custom printed products are made to order. Minor variations in color, trim, finishing, or alignment can occur within normal commercial printing tolerances and do not automatically constitute a defect.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery windows are presented during checkout or in your order confirmation. Free standard shipping may be included in product pricing where stated on the site; faster options may cost the difference above the lowest available rate.

Risk of loss transfers to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, except where applicable law requires otherwise. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or refusal of delivery are outside our direct control. If a shipment is returned, we may contact you about reshipment and any related fees.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Because most products are custom printed, cancellations and refunds are limited once an order has entered production or artwork has been approved for print. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will let you know whether cancellation is still possible.

If we make an error relative to your approved proof or confirmed order specifications, contact us promptly with order details and photos when helpful. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, reprint, replace, refund, or otherwise resolve the matter as appropriate. Refunds, when issued, are processed to the original payment method when feasible.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt our systems
• Scrape, copy, or exploit site content beyond normal browsing and ordering
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Submit artwork you do not have rights to reproduce

10. Intellectual property

The Printing Legend name, logos, website design, product photography, and other site content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our branding or site materials without prior written permission, except for limited personal use needed to place and manage orders.

You retain ownership of your customer-supplied artwork. You grant Printing Legend a limited license to use, reproduce, and process those materials solely to provide quotes, proofs, production, fulfillment, and related support.

11. SMS Terms

If you provide a mobile number and consent to receive text messages, Printing Legend may send SMS messages regarding printing inquiries, quotes, artwork, orders, shipping, customer support, and other communications you have consented to receive.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out.
• Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing Printing Legend products or services.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 13. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to an order or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Printing Legend from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your artwork or content, your misuse of the services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
